Shipping policy
Fast Delivery - UK
We offer fast delivery on all of our products, to all mainland UK addresses. If you place your order before 2pm it will be processed the same working day; otherwise it will be processed on the following working. (Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following working day).
You will receive an automated email once your item has been dispatched, containing your tracking information and link where relevant.
We aim to deliver your item in 1-3 working days after dispatch, but occasionally our couriers can make mistakes. If you have not received your item after 3 working days, please contact our customer support team who will be happy to look into the matter for you.
Delivery to Northern Ireland & The Scottish Highlands & Islands
We aim to ship all orders on the quickest delivery option that is feasible. We will do our best to communicate the delivery lead time for your order, but please be aware that it my take a little longer than deliveries to mainland UK addresses.
International Delivery
If you're ordering from outside of the UK, we will process and dispatch your order as above, and aim to have your order with you within 14 working days.

Delivery Tips
At Proper Beans, we know how important your order is. Whilst all due care and diligence is taken to ensure that your product arrives free from damage and on time, things can occasionally go wrong.
Here are a few things we recommend when you've placed an order with us:
- If your item is obviously damaged on delivery, sign for the item as damaged, and then contact our friendly customer support team as soon as possible.
- Once you have received your delivery, check your item as soon as convenient - even if you're not planning to use it straight away. Make sure you're happy with the colour, size and overall suitability of the product.
